New customers receive free shipping on their first order to destinations supported at checkout, including the United Kingdom. Enter your customer details at checkout so eligibility can be checked. Confirm that the shipping discount is applied before paying. Free shipping does not mean assembly or installation is included.

The following standard delivery charges apply before any eligible free-shipping offer. Prices are in GBP. Mixed orders from different delivery groups may have combined charges; the complete delivery total is shown before payment.

UK delivery estimates
In-stock cues and accessories: dispatch within 1–2 working days, followed by 2–3 working days in transit (3–5 working days total).
In-stock pool tables and large game tables: delivery within 2–3 weeks from order, by an agreed appointment.
Custom and made-to-order tables: the model-specific lead time must be confirmed in writing before purchase; the in-stock estimate does not apply.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. These estimates apply to standard UK mainland deliveries. For Northern Ireland, islands and remote postcodes, contact us before ordering for a confirmed estimate. International delivery times are confirmed separately. Any different model-specific lead time must be disclosed before purchase.
Large tables, access and installation
Before ordering a full-size table, tell us about steps, lifts, narrow doorways and the intended room. Confirm the delivery date, unloading arrangements and any assembly or installation service with us in writing. Do not assume that room placement or installation is included unless your product description or written order details expressly include it. Any separately requested service must be agreed and priced before purchase.
International delivery
We serve the international destinations available for your basket at checkout. Returning-customer charges vary by destination, product group and weight. Choose your country to view the available options and final charge. Contact us before placing an international oversized-item order to confirm access and transport arrangements. Customs clearance may affect transit times; confirm any destination import charges before ordering.
